INGREDIENTS

Kiwi 200 g
Apple 150 g
Pineapple 140 g
Mint Leaf 20 g

DIRECTIONS

  1. Peel the kiwis.
  2. Peel the pineapple, remove the core, and slice it properly together with the mint leaves.
  3. Slice the apple.
  4. Juice all the ingredients following the machine instructions.
  5. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.

TIP: Apple peel is rich in nutrients, so use with skin on.
