Lime 500 g

DIRECTIONS

  1. Peel the lime.
  2. Blend the lime slowly.
  3. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.

Chef's Notes

TIP: If you can't get fresh fruit, use frozen limes; thaw the fruit and blend it together with the juice released while thawing.
