HOW DO I KNOW WHO TO CONTACT?
THE IMPORTING AND SERVICING COMPANY IS SHOWN ON THE PRODUCT LABEL ON YOUR MACHINE
Repair of your Kuvings Product must be performed by a Kuvings authorised repair centre.
To get help using your Kuvings Product, to fix a problem or to arrange a repair, please call our service partner NOVO at 0333 222 9935 or email kuvings@novocsv.co.uk.
The call centre is available from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
If a repair is needed, our repair centre, will give two options on how to return your product. Once a collection is made, it should take no more than 5 working days to complete the repair and return your juicer.
For any questions or an update on your juicer repair, please email the repair centre at Kuvings@novocsv.co.uk or call Novo on 0333 222 9935. If you received a case number, please have it ready for the call with the repair centre.
If your Kuvings Product or container is still under warranty, we will repair or replace, at no cost to you, including two-way shipping. If your warranty has expired or the warranty is void due to negligence on your part, then please contact the repair centre (Novo) directly on 0333 222 9935 to arrange for your product to be returned for inspection, at your cost. After inspection, you will be notified of the feasibility and cost of the repair. You will need to confirm and pay for the repair before Novo will proceed.

If you have lost the instruction manuals for your Kuvings product, please contact us.
(*) Thank you for being a Kuvings customer. The Kuvings machines are designed to be serviced in the country in which they were purchased. If you have moved to another country, please contact the Kuvings Customer Care Center at kuvings@novocsv.co.uk and they will strive to find an approved service centre nearby. If one cannot be located and the machine must be sent to the country in which it was purchased, please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of two-way shipping, as outlined in your owner’s manual.
